According to folklore, Friday 13th is an unlucky day. However, Friday 13th 2009 proved to be lucky for homeowners and property professionals in the Cheshire area. Macclesfield Borough Council, soon to become Cheshire East Council on the 1st April, sent out their first ever electronic local search.

Wilmslow firm Jackson Barrett & Gass, received and were consulted on, the first ever electronic local search from Macclesfield Borough Council.

Marketing Manager, Rick Barrow, comments "We are very proud to have been consulted on the new electronic search.
