We offer each of our employees an excellent remuneration scheme. And we’re clear and open about the benefits and progression routes. So alongside our great working environment, you’ll also benefit from:

  2. 22 days annual leave plus bank holidays plus the entire Xmas period
  3. Additional annual leave allocated for senior staff
  4. An additional day annual leave of 1 day for every complete year worked at the firm up to a maximum of 3 years
  5. A day off for your birthday
  6. Ability to purchase up to 5 days annual leave per year subject to T&Cs
  7. Everyone is entitled to be entered into a bonus scheme linked to personal and firm performance
  8. In addition, fee earners are eligible for a linked billing target bonus
  9. Fee earners are offered hybrid working
