Jack­son Bar­rett & Gass Solic­i­tors have raised £710.00 for the Ani­mal Sanc­tu­ary as part of Will Week.

The Wilm­slow law firm pro­vid­ed stan­dard Wills & advice in return for a dona­tion to the Ani­mal Sanc­tu­ary, Wilmslow.

The Ani­mal Sanc­tu­ary is run by the Humane Edu­ca­tion Soci­ety, a char­i­ta­ble organ­i­sa­tion work­ing for a more com­pas­sion­ate soci­ety through edu­ca­tion and prac­ti­cal work with chil­dren and animals.

The Sanc­tu­ary requires con­stant finan­cial sup­port to help look after the ris­ing num­ber of ani­mals that come into their care each year and to pro­vide a safe and nur­tur­ing envi­ron­ment for them to live out their lives if they can­not be rehomed. The Soci­ety has plans in place for the future and with suf­fi­cient finance will be help­ing ani­mals and pro­mot­ing humane prin­ci­ples for many years to come.

This is the sec­ond year run­ning they have come for­ward to help run our Will Week, and they have been proac­tive ongo­ing fundrais­ers for us all year by sav­ing their used stamps for us, mak­ing a gen­er­ous com­pa­ny dona­tion, and even find­ing a new home for one of our cats with Paul Clark.

Their exper­tise has allowed peo­ple make Wills and organ­ise their affairs, whilst rais­ing funds for their small, local ani­mal sanc­tu­ary sit­u­at­ed in the heart Wilm­slow. We are so grate­ful to all the staff at Jack­son Bar­rett and Gass for all their kindness.”
