Jackson Barrett & Gass, are proud to announce being awarded the Law Society's Practice Management Standard, Lexcel.
The Lexcel practice management standard is only awarded to Solicitors who meet the highest management and customer care standards and is described as 'the quality mark for Solicitors'. Lexcel-accredited practices undergo rigorous independent assessment every year to ensure they meet required standards of excellence in areas such as client care, case management and risk management.
Lexcel accreditation is the 3rd recent award Jackson Barrett & Gass have been in the running for, following the Law Society Excellence Award win in November last and the Chartered Institute of Marketing Shortlisting in February.
Robert Heslett, President of the Law Society of England and Wales, commented "Jackson Barrett & Gass's achievement of gaining Lexcel accreditation proves a commitment to the continual development of the practice's management standards. By implementing policies, plans, processes and procedures within Lexcel's key areas, such as client service and risk management, Jackson Barrett & Gass will become even more effective in managing their practice.
In addition, this achievement shows the positive steps taken by Jackson Barrett & Gass to help clients in the increasingly diverse, complicated and competitive legal market."
Sean Barrow, a solicitor with more than 30 years of experience, said, "We are extremely pleased to have gained this prestigious accreditation, as less than 10% of firms in England and Wales have it.
We have always been committed to offering the best possible service to our clients. Whilst we have always been extremely confident in doing this, the award simply affirms that all areas of our practice fall in line with the Law Society's preferred methods."
