Jackson Barrett & Gass Solicitors have launched a new campaign called Lifetime Planning.
The idea behind the concept is that when we are advising on key legal considerations throughout your lifetime, we also prompt you to consider non-legal factors at the same time, either through one of our preferred partners, or through your own contact. This ensures your whole needs are considered in advance of key life events.
Lifetime Planning as a concept is nothing new. However, it is rarely considered across the spectrum of professional services, usually to the detriment of the client.
The other main point is that this concept is not age specific. For example, the common misconception is that a Will is only required after a certain age. This is obviously incorrect, as a person could die at any age in life, & without an adequate Will, leave their wishes & assets to the rules of Intestacy.
Marketing Director, Rick Barrow said “We’ve been working on this idea for several years. Historically, different service providers have worked in isolation. Our aim is to bring together a client’s service providers to consider whole life requirements, not just the legal services we offer.
By regularly & consistently considering a client’s needs, we will mutually ensure they have effective lifetime planning in place.”
Jackson Barrett & Gass’ emphasis is on personal service and client care, which has been recognised several times by the Law Society — http://www.JBGass.com/about-us/awards/
