New Homes Legal Helpline, the new build division of Jackson Barrett & Gass, has been appointed as a Help to Buy South West Panel Solicitor following a successful tender application earlier this month.
New Homes Legal Helpline provides specialist Conveyancing and property services, and was established with the sole intention of providing a dedicated service to clients purchasing new build properties.
Help to Buy South West is a 'not for profit' organisation providing the opportunity for people to achieve the dream of buying their home. They are the first point of contact for anyone who cannot afford to buy a home on the open market and offer a range of affordable options including shared equity and, shared ownership.
Help to Buy South West have been appointed this role by the Homes and Communities Agency, the government body that funds affordable new homes, as one of its 9 Help to Buy Agents. Help to Buy South West is the Help to Buy Agent for South West England.
Incidentally, the Chancellor announced recently that the "Help to Buy" equity scheme will also extended, until the end of the decade. He said this would finance the building of 120,000 homes.
