Hat-trick of New Starts

Prop­er­ty con­veyanc­ing spe­cial­ists, JBGass has announced a trio of new starters at its office in Wilmslow.

Stephanie Burke from Widnes joins as Oper­a­tions Man­ag­er with respon­si­bil­i­ty for client ser­vice and strat­e­gy. Her role also sees her sup­port­ing the firm’s fee earn­ers. Stephanie is dual-qual­i­fied as a legal exec­u­tive and is also a licenced conveyancer.

Lau­ren Cun­ning­ham has been appoint­ed as an Assis­tant Solic­i­tor, a role that will see her car­ry­ing out res­i­den­tial and com­mer­cial con­veyanc­ing at the firm. Lau­ren lives in Heaton Moor.

Com­plet­ing the trio is Melis­sa Kirkham from Poyn­ton who has joined as a Plots Con­veyancer. In her role Melis­sa acts for the company’s prop­er­ty devel­op­er clients, liais­ing with the pur­chasers’ solic­i­tors; ensur­ing the time­ly pro­cess­ing and com­ple­tion of the prop­er­ty sale transaction.

JBGass Solic­i­tors has adopt­ed a flex­i­ble hybrid work mod­el with staff work­ing from home and in the office in Wilm­slow on spe­cif­ic days.
