Conveyancing Legal Advice

Buying or selling a property - whether commercial or residential - can be stressful. The Conveyancing process can seem like a legal minefield, but thankfully advice and professional help is readily available.

Both residential and commercial Conveyancing have large financial impacts as costs can be incurred personally or by a business, so talking to Conveyancing advisors to make sure contracts are tight and you are as safe as possible is crucial.

A buyer of real property must ensure that he or she obtains a good and marketable ‘title’ to the land; i.e., that the seller is the owner, has the right to sell the property, and there is nothing which would impede a mortgage or re-sale. If you are buying a property for commercial purposes or to act as a Landlord, this raises obligations on your behalf and you need to work out exactly what you will be liable for - this is where professional Conveyancing advice is really needed.

Specialist areas of Conveyancing include drafting and negotiating new Leases; buying, selling or remortgaging business premises; Specialist Industrial Units advice and land acquisition for development, and for these types of contracts seeking Conveyancing legal advice is almost certainly a necessity.
