An Introduction

Henderson Homes is the chosen development partner for a new canalside scheme of six family homes off Hurst Lane in Bollington, Cheshire. The development has been planned to complement its attractive location and has been designed in close consultation with the Trust governing the land and canal.

The legal documentation was forwarded to JBGass to check and approve. The process was made significantly more complicated due to planning requirements, a number of relevant planning applications and the requirement for works to follow the Trust’s Code of Practice.
