We will always provide a likely cost in writing at the outset once we have reviewed the facts of your case.

Fees are always plus VAT.

Fee charged depends on circumstances but will be one of 3 types below:

Probate 1. Fixed Fee
Fee Fixed price e.g. £2,000Fixed price based on the complexity of the Estate% of gross value of estate (value of property, bank accounts on date of death)
Probate 2. Time
Fee Natalie - Hourly rate of £300.00 plus VAT Nicola – Hourly rate of £300.00 plus VAT
Probate 3. Both
