When people in and around Northwich are looking for a Conveyancing specialist, many choose to talk to us here at Jackson Barrett & Gass. They soon find that our unrivalled local experience, having served this area since 1930, quickly confirms us as their preferred choice.

You’ll find an ever-friendly welcome as we deliver an always-professional  Residential Conveyancing service. We manage both your exchange of contracts (the point where equitable title passes) and completion (legal title passes).

As a Law Society accredited firm, we are proud to have been shortlisted for their coveted Excellence in Conveyancing Practice Awards. That’s because we are local experts helping Northwich folk through the three key stages of Conveyancing: before contract, and before and after completion. Of course, we also help you complete the key legal requirement of obtaining a good and marketable title to the land.

Here at Jackson Barrett & Gass we’ll appoint a fully-qualified acting fee earner to your work. You’ll always be able to consult with them by either phone or email. When you pay us a visit there’s even free parking by our office. So, for professional Residential Conveyancing services in Northwich, here’s how to contact us now…
