Jack­son Bar­rett & Gass already utilise the Intel­li­works solu­tion which allows Con­veyanc­ing clients and Estate agents to check their case’s progress via online track­ing, as well as send­ing text mes­sages and emails at key milestones.

Ochre­soft, who pro­vide Intel­li­works, have now launched a Pri­vate client work­flow to assist Pro­bate, Wills & Last­ing Pow­ers of Attor­ney (LPAs) clients in the same way. Review­ing case notes and progress online, leads to a much more effi­cient and cost effec­tive trans­ac­tion for all par­ties involved as opposed to rely­ing sole­ly on let­ters and tele­phone. It also allows execu­tors and ben­e­fi­cia­ries who are more dis­tant, to feel more up to date.

The sys­tem also increas­es the effi­cien­cy and cost effec­tive­ness of the trans­ac­tion through the solic­i­tor’s use of the sys­tem which includes let­ter tem­plates, detailed case work­flows and diary func­tions as well as enhanced email com­mu­ni­ca­tion which has count­less time and cost advantages.

By using the solu­tion, Jack­son Bar­rett & Gass are fol­low­ing a proven process rec­om­mend­ed by Lex­cel, the Law Soci­ety’s Prac­tice Man­age­ment Stan­dard. Jack­son Bar­rett & Gass are part of less than 10% of law firms in Eng­land and Wales accred­it­ed to Lex­cel, which shows the firm has met high stan­dards in the way it is managed.
